This antique porcelain sugar shaker (also called a muffineer) is a gorgeous example of early 20th-century Chicago decorating studio work. Crafted from a fine Bavarian porcelain blank and hand-decorated with raised 24k gold, it is signed by the artist “BEK”—a known decorator for the Stouffer Studio, Chicago (active ca. 1905–1920s).
