Excellent vintage condition. This exquisite set of eight (8) crystal luncheon or dessert plates showcases a luxurious 22K gold encrusted rim with a finely detailed rose and leaf motif. The crystal center glows with clarity and light reflection, creating an elegant contrast against the rich gold border.
A timeless example of mid-century American glass artistry by Tiffin-Franciscan Glass Company (circa 1950s–60s), the “Cherokee Rose” pattern is celebrated for its romantic floral detailing and heirloom quality.
Each plate measures 8¼ inches in diameter and weighs approximately 84 ounces. The gold band remains bright with only the faintest signs of age.
Production period: 1941 to 1966.
Suggested Uses: Ideal for elegant dinner parties, weddings, or as luxe display pieces in a china cabinet. Perfect as salad, dessert, or bread plates — or paired with gold-rim stemware for a coordinated Hollywood Regency table.
