This richly detailed Fitz and Floyd Santa ornament is from the retired Florentine Christmas collection and is dated 1998. Santa wears an elaborate cream, burgundy, green, navy, and metallic gold robe while carrying a jewel-toned sack filled with gifts.

The hand-painted design features scrolling Florentine-inspired decoration, faux jewel accents, holly leaves, and generous gold detailing. At approximately 5 inches tall, this substantial ceramic ornament can also be displayed as a small holiday figurine.

The back of the gift sack is painted with “1998,” while the original box label identifies the piece as Fitz and Floyd Florentine Christmas ornament model 19/512. The original gold hanging cord is present.

A beautiful addition to a Fitz and Floyd collection, traditional Christmas display, Old World Santa collection, or richly layered holiday interior.
