Ikki Matsumoto (1935-2013) was a world-renowned artist that lived in SW Florida, who began capturing the beautiful Florida birds in 1975. "Brown Pelican" is framed in a 1980's style gold frame with the selling gallery stamped on the back. In addition, the purchase artist information sheet has been taped to the back of the frame.
