ANTIQUE R.S. GERMANY HAND PAINTED FOOTED BOWL – FLORAL WREATH DESIGN, GOLD TRIM, CIRCA 1905

This exquisite antique porcelain bowl was made by R.S. Germany (Reinhold Schlegelmilch, Suhl factory) around 1905–1910. Crafted over a century ago, this delicate footed bowl features a scalloped rim with embossed details, hand-painted white florals with gold accents, and soft green shading that exemplifies the romantic artistry of the early 1900s.

The mark on the underside — a green RS wreath with star above — confirms its authenticity as a Reinhold Schlegelmilch creation. Pieces from this period were produced for export to America and are now highly collectible.

Remarkably, this piece has no chips, cracks, or repairs, a true testament to its preservation over more than 120 years. Some very light gilt wear is present, consistent with age, adding character to its antique charm.
