EAPG (Early American Pattern Glass) goblets and drinking glasses are as beautiful and useful today as when they graced tables from the 1850s to the early 1900s. "Loop" was one of the earliest pressed glass designs and is included in the "Colonial" group named by glass scholars such as Ruth Webb Lee. These very early, simple shapes featured loops or flutes or circles or flat panels and quickly developed into complex geometric combinations and shapes as the technology matured. These early goblets were much larger, thicker and heavier than the goblets made ten years later.  Stunning pieces of history for your table.

The goblets are in excellent antique condition.  There are a few scratches on some from nearly 150 years of use.  One glass has a slightly darker tint.
