VINTAGE CHARTREUSE CABBAGE BOWLS SET OF 4 – LIDDED CERAMIC TUREENS
A joyful set of four vintage cabbage-form covered bowls finished in a vivid chartreuse-yellow glaze with sculpted leaves and softly highlighted veining.
DESCRIPTION
These vintage lidded cabbage bowls bring bold color, dimensional texture, and whimsical character to the table. Each bowl is molded in the form of layered cabbage leaves and includes a coordinating sculptural lid, creating a cohesive set of four individual covered dishes.
The unusual chartreuse-yellow glaze gives the set a fresh, decorative presence that works beautifully in Palm Beach Regency, grandmillennial, botanical, maximalist, and eclectic interiors. Use them for individual soups, sauces, side dishes, condiments, or small treats, or display them together on open shelving or inside a glass-front cabinet.
The bowls are unmarked, so no specific maker attribution can be confirmed. Their richly molded botanical forms and glossy glaze are consistent with European-inspired majolica-style tableware from the mid-to-late 20th century.
Multiple matching sets may be available. Please contact us before purchasing if you are interested in eight or twelve bowls for a larger table setting.
